Returns

• Unopened & Unused Products
  We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

• Defective or Damaged Products
  If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

• Opened/Used Products
  Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same product if it arrives defective or damaged.

Costs

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
